Ask us →I'm new to heated workouts. Where should I start?
Start with an all-levels class: Pilates Burn, Flow Sculpt or Recovery Flow. Arrive a few minutes early, let your instructor know it's your first time & take breaks whenever you need. The heat does a lot of the work, so there's no pressure to keep up with anyone else in the Room.
How hot does it get?
The Room sits between 94° & 100° with 30–50% humidity. Hot enough for a deep sweat, balanced so you can breathe easy the whole way through.
Is the Reformer Room heated?
No. Semi-Private Reformer sessions are unheated & kept small, so your instructor can get hands-on.
How long is class?
Fifty minutes. Heated mat & reformer alike.
What should I wear?
Fitted, breathable activewear you don't mind sweating through. Most clients go barefoot on the mat. Pack a change of clothes for after your shower; you'll want it.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Mats, face towels, mat towels & equipment are all on us.
Do you have showers?
Yes — stocked with Malin + Goetz, with towels for after.
Where can I park?
West HollywoodOur parking garage entrance is located on Harper Ave. We offer limited complimentary parking for the duration of your Heated Room session.
Complimentary spaces are limited & fill up quickly, so we recommend arriving a little early to secure a spot! Paid parking is also available in the garage, as well as street parking nearby.
Please note that any time spent in the garage after your session may be subject to an additional parking fee. Heated Room is not responsible for any additional parking fees, as the garage is independently operated.
Evening Classes: The garage gates close at 8:30 PM. If you are attending the 7:30 PM class, please be sure to exit the garage promptly after your session & shower to avoid the possibility of being locked in.
Santa MonicaThe closest parking garage is located at 1136 4th St, Santa Monica, CA 90401. Paid street parking is also available nearby.
Can I come in late?
There is a 5-minute grace period. After that, the door stays closed.
Can I freeze my membership?
Autopay memberships can freeze for up to one month total across the contract, 14 days minimum per freeze. Packages can’t be frozen or extended.
