Heated Room Studio Policies

By purchasing a class, package, or membership at Heated Room, you agree to the following policies. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, consistency, and a positive experience for both our clients and team.

1. Booking & Attendance

  • All classes must be booked through our official app, website or verified third-party platform.

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes early. A 5-minute grace period is in place for all classes. Standby students will be allowed to enter as soon as the grace period has passed. Late entry is not permitted once the grace period has passed. No exceptions.

  • Class times, instructors, and formats are subject to change.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours prior to class start time.

  • Late cancellations result in loss of the class credit & are subject to penalty fees.

  • No-shows result in loss of the class credit and may incur an additional fee.

  • For memberships, a late cancellation or no-show counts as the one class allowed for that day.

3. Early Cancellations

  • Two “early cancellations” (the ability to reactivate a credit lost by a late cancellation or no-show) are available annually per client.

  • To take advantage of an early cancellation, you must contact the studio via email or phone.

  • If the penalty fees have been charged for the visit, they are non-refundable.

4. Intro Offers

Intro offers are deeply discounted and strictly limited therefore, our policies are quite strict.

  • 10 Classes. 10 Days. $100
    Valid for 10 consecutive days beginning on the date of first class.
    Limited to one class per day. If a class is canceled within the cancellation window, that will count as the credit for that day.
    No pauses, extensions, refunds, or exceptions, including illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts.
    Non-transferable and available for one purchase per client.

  • Reformer & Heated Intro Offers
    Valid only for the class type & location specified at purchase.
    Intro offers may only be purchased once and are non-refundable.

5. Class Packs

  • Class packs are valid only at the location where the first class is redeemed unless a multi-location package is purchased.

  • All class packs & memberships activate on the date of purchase.

  • Class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Expiration dates are fixed and cannot be extended.

  • All class package & membership expirations are clearly stared at the time of booking.

6. Memberships

  • Memberships are billed automatically according to the selected plan.

  • All class packs & memberships activate on the date of purchase.

  • Memberships allow one class per day unless otherwise stated.

  • Unused classes do not roll over.

  • Members are alloted one guest pass per month for The Full Burn Prepaid & The Full Burn 12-Month Commitment.

7. ClassPass & Third-Party Services

  • Once a class is reserved in ClassPass, any changes or modifications to the reservation must be taken care of in the ClassPass app or by the ClassPass support team.

  • ClassPass users cannot request to be switched or moved into another class, or be signed in for one class while attending another class.

  • Additional fees may occur is a class is canceled within the cancellation window or a class is no-showed.

8. Pauses & Medical Leave

  • Membership pauses must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the billing date.

  • Medical documentation may qualify a member for a temporary medical pause.

  • Medical pauses are limited to a maximum of 3 months total per 12-month contract & a maximum of one month total per 3-month contract.

  • A medical pause does not shorten or cancel a contract. The remaining term must still be completed once the pause ends.

  • Intro offers and promotional memberships are not eligible for pauses unless explicitly stated.

9. Contract Commitments & Early Termination

  • 12-month commitments are binding and may not be converted to month-to-month.

  • Early cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance of the contract unless otherwise approved in writing.

  • Refunds are not issued for unused time or classes.

10. Pricing, Promotions & System Errors

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • In the event of a system or technical error, Heated Room reserves the right to correct pricing and billing.

  • Pricing resulting from errors or glitches will not be honored.

11. Studio Etiquette & Conduct

  • Heated Room is a respectful, inclusive space.

  • Verbal abuse, harassment, or aggressive behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.

  • Phones, recording devices, and photography are not permitted during class. Phones must be stored in lockers or cubbies while class is in session.

  • Clients who violate studio conduct policies may be removed from class or have memberships terminated without refund.

12. Health & Safety

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • Clients should consult a physician before participating in heated or high-intensity exercise.

  • Please do not attend class if you are feeling unwell.
