ALREADY HAVE A MEMBERSHIP?
You can absolutely do the Reset. Members are able to freeze an existing autopay membership* in order to participate — it's an additional charge, at the same price everyone pays. Purchase the Reset in person or online, then reach out to management and we'll pause your billing for you! When your freeze ends, your billing date simply moves forward by however long it was paused and whatever time you had left in the month before the pause, remains active (and the following month is $100 off!)
Doing it in person? Just tell the front desk and we'll loop in a manager.
*Account freezes are available for autopay memberships ONLY. Credit packs are not eligible for a pause.
HOW IT WORKS:
Step 2 — SHOW UP
Take 18 classes in your six weeks — roughly three a week. Every class you take earns a stamp on your Passport at the front desk.
Step 1 — PURCHASE
Buy the Reset between August 14 and August 28. Your six weeks start the day you purchase, so the sooner you begin, the sooner you're in.
Step 3 — FINISH
Reach 18 stamps and your rewards unlock. Bring your Passport to the front desk and we'll verify it.
Eighteen classes over six weeks comes out to about three a week. It's enough to change how you feel, and few enough that it fits into a real life.
Repetition is what turns a workout into a routine. The goal was never just attendance — it's getting enough classes in that Heated Room stops being something you plan and starts being something you do.
WHY 18 CLASSES?
When does my six weeks start? The day you purchase. Your Reset runs six weeks from that date, so buying early on the 14th gets you more calendar to work with than buying on the 28th.
Can I use both studios? Yes, and we hope you do! West Hollywood and Santa Monica are both included.
What happens if I don't hit 18? You keep every class you took and every bit of progress that came with it — the rewards are what you miss. They're reserved for people who complete all 18.
What if I finish early? Keep coming. Your unlimited access runs the full six weeks whether you hit 18 in week four or week six, and your rewards are waiting either way.
How do stamps work? The front desk stamps your Passport when you check in for a class you take. Attendance is tracked digitally too, so nothing gets lost — the Passport is there because watching it fill up is the fun part.
Can I buy it after August 28? No. The purchase window closes on the 28th and there are no exceptions. It's part of what makes this a challenge instead of a package!
