Payment information is processed securely through third-party platforms including but not limited to Mariana Tek. Heated Room does not store full credit card numbers.

4. Class Packages, Expiration & Purchase Terms

All class packages purchased through Heated Room expire one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase or as part of a promotional offering.

Expiration dates are clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Unused classes are forfeited upon expiration and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be extended unless required by applicable law.

5. Analytics & Cookies

We may collect and store information about your interaction with our website and Services, including:

• Referring and exit pages

Heated Room studios may be photographed or recorded by clients, staff, or third parties. By entering a Heated Room studio, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or videos captured incidentally, including in the background of client-generated or studio-generated content.

If you choose to participate in photos, videos, selfies, mirror images, or recordings within Heated Room studios or common areas, you grant Heated Room permission to use, repost, share, and display such content for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

If you do not wish to appear in any reposted or studio-generated content, please inform a Heated Room team member or contact us directly, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
